Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely tape it to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
